ADVANCED MACHINERY & TECHNICAL FACILITIES
Injection Molding Machines and Robots
Our Plastics Injection Molding Department is equipped with modern injection molding machines by WOOJIN PLAIMM (SELEX TH-S) with clamping forces of 50, 130, 170, 220, 280, and 650 tons. The plasticizing units can mold parts with volumes ranging from 64 to 3149 cm³. The machines are equipped with hardened barrels and screws suitable for processing materials with up to 50% glass fiber (GF) content. These hydraulic machines feature servo drives and are controlled by the B&R Corporate system.
YUDO SONIX-810 robots are used for the 170, 220, 280, and 650-ton machines and offer the following features:
- Freely programmable
- Servo motors on all axes
- Belt conveyor with a length of 250 cm and loading width of 60 cm
- “C” axis operated by air, with a maximum load capacity on the “Y” axis (including gripper) of 5 kg
Drying Equipment and Temperature Control
The injection molding machines and drying equipment are equipped with four molecular drying silos by SIMATEC s.r.l., with volumes of 2 × 80 L and 2 × 150 L. These drying silos are essential for preparing plastic granulate prior to injection, ensuring proper material moisture content. To monitor moisture levels, we use halogen or other analyzers to meet the required parameters for a stable production process.
We also operate six temperature control units from AEC, each with a heating capacity of 9 kW and a maximum coolant temperature of 120 °C, allowing optimal temperature control of the material during the injection molding process.
Automation and Production Control
One of the key features of our modern injection molding machines is their high process stability. In addition, all machines are connected to a LAN network, allowing us to continuously monitor and store production data on our server. Upon customer request, we can provide complete production data documentation. These capabilities, combined with our skilled workforce, enable the production of high-quality plastic parts.

PRODUCT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Complete design proposal
From the initial consultation to the final prototype, we will assist you with the design of the part to ensure it meets the required properties and manufacturing process requirements.
Mold Flow analysis
Using simulations, we can predict defects and risks in the plastic flow process, which helps prevent deformations and improper mold filling.
Design optimization
We propose modifications that improve functionality and reduce production costs – by standardizing wall thicknesses, simplifying shapes, and replacing solid sections with ribbing.
Prototype manufacturing
Depending on the complexity and size of the part, we can provide prototype production using 3D printing based on 3D data.
Collaboration with the toolshop
Our toolshop handles the production and repair of molds and assists with process optimization. It also performs Mold Flow analysis to ensure better manufacturing results.
Selection of the right material
We recommend the appropriate plastic based on the required product properties, whether it’s strength, flexibility, chemical resistance, or thermal stability.
Optimalizace designu
Navrhujeme úpravy, které zlepšují funkčnost a snižují výrobní náklady – sjednocujeme tloušťky stěn, zjednodušujeme tvary a nahrazujeme plné části žebrováním.
Prototypová výroba
Podle složitosti a velikosti výlisku jsme schopni na základě 3D dat zajistit prototypovou výrobu pomocí 3D tisku.
Spolupráce s nástrojárnou
Naše nástrojárna zajišťuje výrobu a opravy forem a pomáhá s optimalizací procesů. Přes ni také provádíme Mold Flow analýzu pro lepší výsledky výroby.
Výběr správného materiálu
