Mold Opening Table KFW
The KFW 3000 is a mobile mold opening system engineered for safe, controlled, and ergonomic opening and rotation of injection molds. With a load capacity of up to 3,000 kg, this unit allows maintenance technicians to safely separate, access, rotate, and reassemble molds without the need for cranes or overhead lifting systems.
Its core design consists of a solid steel frame with braked caster wheels for full mobility across shop floors. Two upper rotating plates — one fixed and one on linear rails — enable precise manual opening. Both plates can rotate 360° and are secured by locking pins to ensure safe positioning during inspection or repair tasks.
Safe and Ergonomic Mold Servicing
The KFW system is designed for quick deployment in toolrooms and plastic molding facilities. Brakes and locking elements allow full control of both the rotating and sliding plates. Once the mold is opened, the halves can be turned safely for cleaning or detailed inspection.
