The Mechanical Mold Flipper KC is a sturdy industrial device designed to safely rotate heavy injection molds and similar components by 90°. Available in two models, KC 5000 and KC 7000, it is ideal for tool shops, plastic molding, and maintenance departments handling heavy tools.
Made from thick welded steel profiles, it includes a base frame with adjustable feet, a rotating basket on pivot shafts, and a locking beam to secure the basket in the top position. This mechanical design ensures stability and ease of use.
KC 5000 supports loads up to 5,000 kg, and KC 7000 up to 7,000 kg. Both share dimensions: height 1830 mm, width 1430 mm, depth 1652 mm. The lifting speed is limited to 0.1 m/s for safe operation.
